Kayla Antonevich
Kayla is the founder of 0 mph, a slow fashion brand focused on upcycling secondhand materials into new garments and accessories. In an aim to reduce textile waste, she is challenging conventional ideas around fashion and sustainability.
After working in various sewing production roles and providing custom garment work and mending services in the Chicago and Boston area, Kayla participated in several collaborative retail pop-ups with other independent fashion designers. this inspired her to create a similar, more permanent space here in Portland.
